  2. 2. There is different ways that you can use slides for, you can use the quotes but maybe you can say them in your own words. It would make your presentation better if you did not just read it from your slide but you can write it on a paper also and just not make it obvious that you are reading it from your paper, also do not make it boring.
    3. *Less is more
    *you can add clip art
    *Follow simple structure
    *Beggining, middle, and, end
    *you can use quotes
*do not read from the slide have it written down and do not make it boring make it interesting.

  3. 2. The video is basically explaining how to create a great presentation. It is also showing us how to keep it in a great outline and state all your facts, but make sure it isn't too much because your audience won't be able to read and listen at the same time. Have your own notes and keep them to yourself so you can present it well.
    3. How To Give An Awesome Presentation

    * Bullet points following the header and maybe even some sub-bullets
    * add graphs and pictures to get fancy(clip-art/tables)
    * Focus on the story/subject
    * Build it up
    * Use things to help keep the outline
*Use your text to help remember what to say

    2. This video was telling us how to make better presentations and give better presentations. You must focus on what your point is. He showed us that for some people, using a simple pad of paper or sticky notes will help us think. Focus one topic or main idea on each slide so you don't mix up with the others. You should always link up points to build your conclusion.

    3.
*Focus on the story you want to tell
*What will be the best way to tell the story?
*Look for visual ways to tell your story
*Use minimal text because people cant read and truly listen at the same time
*Link together points to build your conclusion
    *Sometimes less is more
*Write notes on what you want to say so only you can see
*A pad of paper/sticky notes can help you think and be more creative because you are staying low from technology

  9. 2. In my own words, I'd summarize the video as try not to bore people with your presentation. Do what you thin isn't boring and think outside the box. Try your best to not use too much information that'll overwhelm your audience. Use the right amount of information to prove your points and not overwhelm your audience with a handful of information.

    3.
    - Follow simple structure, with a clear beginning, middle, and end that links together as various points and sums up to one big main idea
    - stay outside the box
    - consider what'll best tell your story
    - "less is more", limit each slide to one key idea
    - add thins to build up a main idea
    - look for visual ways tot ell your story
    - people can't read your slides and listen at the same time
    - use plenty of text to remember what to say, but hide it in your notes so you'll be the only one who can see it
    - focus on your time, energy, and ability to rehearse

    2. The video we watched today, "How to Give an Awesome Presentation," was about how to make our PowerPoint better. The video was about how to make a good presentation. It gives us so many tips on how we can make our presentation better and more clear to the audience. Furthermore, it shows us that less is more in a presentation. We can make it more, even though we have little information on the video. This video was very beneficial for me and I believe it can help me out a lot to make my presentation better. Overall, it was about how to give an awesome presentation.

    1. This video is showing me how to focus on the key points. Its pretty much stating that less is more and to focus on the story. It says that you need to put a begging middle an end but keep it to a minimum.Keep each slide to at least 1 key idea.It also states that its better to make your point in each slide so people won't get bored.

    2.
    *Focus on the story
    *Make a beginning,middle,end
    *What best tells the story
    *Less is more
    *Each slide 1 key idea
    *Images
*Put effort for key points A,B,C

    2) The video in my on words means that if you want to give an amazing presentation you have to put in time, energy and effort you cant just put it all together last second because not only will it look messy the facts will most likely not be clear , and it will affect you grade because the presentation will be terrible.
3)In my own words some of the key points i wrote down were ,
*That structure is very important when giving a presentation you will have to have a begging middle and end to make it more clear.
*Another point is that sometimes in a presentation passing out hand outs can make the presentation a little more interesting .
*Also if you really want a good presentation Less can be More .
But that dose not mean to dumb it down , it means keep each power point to only have one key point per slide.
*Sometimes use a quote in the presentation.
*A great presentation takes time , energy and effort.
*Look for visual ways to tell your story

    1. Video + Notes

    2. This video teaches me how to give an awesome presentation and have no worries to get an A on the presentation . You need a clear beginning , middle , and end that links together your various points and builds to a conclusion . To add on , in the presentation you need to limit one slide to a key idea . All in all , I feel confident I will a good grade after learning how to give a great presentation .

    3 .
~ limit a slide to one key idea
    ~ use quotes
~ use plenty of text to help say what I want to say
~ Look for visual ways to tell a story
~ Focus on the story and what you want to tell
~ a clear beginning , middle and end that links together various points and builds up conclusions
    ~ Worth the effort
    ~ Make notes
~ New approach takes a lot more time , energy , and REHEARSAL !!

    1. Watch Video and Take Notes

    2. To summarize the video "How to Give an Awesome Presentation", I would say it was about the key points on how to give an interesting and engaging presentation. The narrator states that you should always have a clear beginning, middle and end to keep your presentation organized. You should always look for visual ways to tell the story that you want to tell. There should also be minimal text, clear charts and graphs, and quotes. However, I have to remember that people cannot read and listen to what you have to say at the same time. A key point on making your power point is that "Less is more".

    3. Based upon my experience, the 10 key points that I took away from this video is

Focus on the story you want to tell
Have a clear beginning, middle and end
Look for visual ways to tell the story
Limit each slide to one key idea
    Use clear charts and graphs
    Have minimal texts
    Less is more
    Rehearse (Practice makes perfect)
    Engage the audience
Hide your notes in the area where only you could see it

  21. 2) Presentations are usually boring and hard to focus on. People tend to miss key points being talked about due to the dull way of projecting them. In order to get people's attention, try staying away from boring bullet points, sub-bullets, clip art, tables, and charts. If possible try to give your presentation in another form and stop using power points. Try something creative like a white board or flip charts. If you have to use a power point, add some quotes. Remember, people can't listen and read at the same time. Also, sometimes less is more.
    3)
-try telling a story with your presentation
-link together a beginning, middle, and end
    -staying low tech helps
    -use whiteboards, sketchpads, etc...
    -less is more
-people can't read and listen at the same time
    -don't use boring bullet points
-charts, tables, and clip arts do not make it less boring

    2) Doing a presentation isn't the hardest thing to do but is very difficult. Your audience will be very entertained by how you approach them. The more you practice your presentation the more you will accomplish. If what your doing is confusing people it's your job to figure out how to be professional. Linking together your clearest points is the best thing to do.
    3) Key Points:
    - focusing on the story your telling is better.
    - clear beginning
    - clear middle
    - clear ending
    - try to remember what you wrote
    - make sure you have clear charts or ads
    - it takes a lot of hard work for a perfect presentation
    - millions of people around the world give presentations.
    - adding clip art is great
    - boring people will get you no where when your presenting.

    1. Sometimes when giving a good presentation less is more. In order to engage your audience with the things you need to say, you must first understand that people don't want to just sit there and watch a bunch of letters on a screen. No, what they want is to have a better sense of understanding for the topic you are speaking about. To sum it all up, the narrator is explaining to his audience how they can use only key points to give a more engaging and successful presentation.

    2.
-Focus mainly on the point you would like ti get across.
-Ensure that your story is as clear and non convoluted as possible
-Have as little text as possible
-Speak more with your audience then just reading off from your notes
    -Less can be more
    - Practice, practice, practice to have a better understanding of your presentation

    1. What the video is saying is how to make a good presentation. And also how to make good power points in order for your audience to not get bored from them because then they will want it to be finished already. And what they are trying to do is make your presentation better so that people could be interested in for it and would want to see more of it. If it involves charts that have a lot of information, people wouldn't want to read it and they would just want you to move on. Just get straight to the point.

    2. Focus on the story that you are telling.
Try to follow a structure with a beginning, middle, and ending.
    Remember that Less is More!
Focus on the one main idea for each point.
Look for a visual way to tell the story
Consider what would be best to tell a story
Focus on the story you want to tell
    Follow a simple structure

1.This video is about how to make powerful presentations. It explains to us that sometimes when people do presentations they don't usually make sense and confuse other which is bad for the person presenting it because that person might have something important to tell.It also explains that if you do a presentation it must have a beginning, middle, and end.To have all those things, you must have points that connect to beginning and end. When you finally do all those things, you have a powerful presentation that tells the audience a story.

    2.
-Around the world people give presentations, some are great and have a powerful impact while others need work in progress
