1) In the quote, it says,"Life without love is like a tree without blossoms or fruit," by Khalil Gibran. To summarize, what it means is that without love in the world, it would be dark and filled with hatred. Our world will not be a safe place to live in. The video summarizes the artist sang a song about love and how we need it. Love will complete our life if we have it. Without it we are just a mess.
2) I think the quote means that love is valuable, without it we would continuously fight. Also, our world will be dangerous and an empty place, it will also be colorless. If you let love in, there will be a difference in the world. No wars/ feuds would be going on with others. Again love is valuable hold on to it and never let it go.
3) The quote and the video are similar because they both talk about love. There also the same because without love you don't know what going to happen to you, you would be lonely. They are different because the quote talks about trees and the world. The video differs from the quote, because it revolved two people.
4) This matters because love can make your life complete. You feel important to someone that cares for you sometimes. you don't need a significant other, but it feels better if your significant other loves you back. it also matters because everyone in the world wants the compassion from someone. The human mind wants to feel and have the love that they want.
I can apply the principle to my life because, yes, I do want to feel loved, everyone does. My parents love me and I love them, but sometimes I want more. From the person I like, like. I don't think my life would be completed with love because I have different things to do, but to feel love its special. Don't let that get to your head because love can get in the way of everything else.

4: It matters because you have to be respectful. Then you need to be loyal. After that you have to trust the person your with. Next so you won't break your companions heart. For something that wasn't even her fault.
It applies to my life because then I won't be disrespectful. Then I would be loyal to the person I'm with. Also I would be able to trust my companion and not be bugging her every day. Then I wouldn't break her heart because I learned that it's not her fault. Finally I would regret breaking up with someone that truly loved me.

The video is showing that love isn't anything unless you are loyal to the person because if not, why call it love. Love can be hard to manage, but if you hold your partner down and be respectful as much as they are, it'll all play out.

They are different because in the quote it is stating that without love, you are basically not living right. 4. This message matters to me in many ways. It matters to me because I know I'm young and i know I don't know everything, but I do know that if you have love in your life, it'll be much better. Loving someone or having someone love you makes your days brighter, makes you want to smile more, and it even helps you relieve stress because you are continuously feeling good inside. It matters because it is a life lesson, that if you don't feel loving in life, you life may be negatively based because you are not being open to the feeling of love. It also matters because many people don't have the opportunity to love or to be loved, so you should spread the love and make someones day or life better by loving them for who they are on the inside.
I can apply this message to my life in many ways. I can apply this to my life because when I am home and I see my mom in unhappy and hurt, I walk up to her and I give her a hug and kiss and tell her I love her and she brightens up, but not completely because it can't solve every single problem. I can apply this to my school life because I know a lot of people who are sad on a daily basis, I compliment them or hug them to let them know someone out there is looking for them to love. I can also apply this to my daily life because most importantly, I have to love myself and show respect to myself in order to do the same for someone else. Love makes the world go round and if you don't feel that way, then your life will be negative until you realize it.

1. The quote was telling us that if we don't have love in our life, it would be plain and boring. The video was telling us that we need love in our life. Love can help us turn into beautiful people because we end up being able to understand someone more.
2. The quote means that our life would be boring and plain. For example, most people do not find a tree pretty. We end up saying that the tree is pretty because of its flowers or fruit on it. Love helps put a spark in our lives and can show us more meaning. The fruit or flowers on the tree complete the tree. The tree is able to live without it, but it wouldn't be complete. Just like humans, that person can help complete us. They show us what it's like to trust, share, how to control our anger, and more. Although, we can still fight and live without them.
3. The video video and quote are similar because they are both telling us that love is something important. It explains to us how it is important to have. They differ because the video was talking about how beautiful love is. It also explained how much people can change when you find the right person for you. The quote is telling us an example of why love is important.
4. This matters because the video and quote both tell us that we need love. It explains and shows why we do. Love can complete all of us because not all of our parents are supportive, caring, or always there. This person can teach you what it feels like to be cared about, supported, and more. These people show us what it's like to be able to trust someone fully, care about someone so much, and make you realize that you have feelings that you thought you never had.
I can apply these principles to my life because everyone does want to be loved. Being loved by your family is something different then being loved by someone you like. A majority of people's parents do not tell their kids everything that happens in their life. They don't want their kids to worry about it or know their struggles. Having someone you love, and them loving you back is something special. You can have someone to talk to at any time because they will always be there for you. You now have someone else that can help you go the right path in life besides your parent, or family.

1.The video, "I need love by LL COOL J", shows and raps about him wanting true love and how good he would treat his lady. He says, "I need to fine me a girl to make my life complete." Which indicates to me that he really does have a desire for love. The quote is saying that life without love is like a tree with no roots or leaves. It brings joy and beauty.
2. Based upon my understanding, the quote is saying how colorless and dull life would be without love. Because love is bright, warm, and colorful. Not having love would be colorless, a tree without blossoms or fruit.
3. The video and quote are very similar in more ways than they differ. I say this because the video is saying how he wants love to make his life complete and the quote is basically saying the same thing except it's using a metaphor, the tree. I don't think that they differ I only see the similarities but that's how I think their similar.

I do think it matters because love is something that comes in many ways. It can come in a gesture, lessons, to purse, and etc. However you don't have to love another being. You can find love in yourself and cherish yourself and when your ready to share yourself with another then it's more than okay to cherish yourself with the person you wish to be with. 1. To summarize the quote and the video what they are both saying is that if you don't have any type of relationship or love in your life, Then your life doesn't have a meaning. Your life needs love just like trees need blossoms.
2. What the quote is saying is that you can't live without some type of love in your life because then you wouldn't be yourself. You need someone to love or for them to motivate you in order to get better at what you do. You need that motivation in order for you to accomplish your goals and to never give up on them. Always try to d everything you can for that person in order to keep them happy and so that you have there trust in you.
3. How the video and the quote are similar is that they are both talking about how love is important for you and it needs to be in your life.
The reason is because you need that extra help to help you and also to make you step up your game.The video talks about when you have that special person in your life, you should know how to keep things good between each other and not be fighting about every little thing.

2. Based on my understanding this quote means that you can be living life and have many great things but the thing that completes you is love . You need something that will keep you stronger etc . A happy life is loving yourself and others . In this world , there is someone matched to you and to love you . Love is key to everyone's heart , you need love .
3. The quote and video are similar because they both talk about the topic love .They express why love is important and why you need it . In the quote , love is completion to your life without you are nothing . In the video love is necessary to be happy . They both differ by having it said in a quote and video . To wrap it up , this lesson was learned in both ways . The main thing is that love needs to be in a part of you .

4) This matters and I can apply it to my life to make it better in many ways. I personally want to be the happiest person alive when I marry my husband. From my mom and dads experience, i try not to get attached to early but sometimes that's okay. I get worried sometimes because I never know when someone actually likes me or loves me. I know I'm young but i know a lot of people that met when they were 14 and still are together until this day.
My mom always gives my advice to focus on school and better myself. The video shows me how no matter how busy life gets, someone will always be out their waiting for you. All I have to do is be patient and very grateful for those who happen to treat me with respect. 1. To summarize the quote by Khalil Gibran, I would say it was about how a life without love is different compared to a life with love. She compared a life without love to a tree without fruit or blossoms. To summarize the song, "I Need Love" by LL Cool J, I would say that it was about a man realizing for the first time in his life he sees that he needs love.
2. Based upon my understanding, the quote means that a life without love is plain and dull. Khalil Gibran compared love to the trees. She compared a life without love to a tree without any blossoms or fruit. However, if you did have love in your life, you will add color, fruits and beautiful flowers to your tree (life). It makes your "tree" full of life and complete.
3. The video "I Need Love" by LL Cool J and the quote by Khalil Gibran are similar in many different ways. One way in which they are they similar is that they both talk about love. They both state in direct and indirect ways that love completes their lives and bring the joy. However, the video and quote are also different in other ways. One example of them being different is that the video tells more of a story in how love impacted the writers life and the quote just makes a statement about love.
4. The message of both the video and quote matter in so many different ways. Everyone has a desire for love that is just floating around. The message show people the perks of having love. According to the songs lyrics, searching for love is just a bug in the world. Some people would search the whole world to that special person in their life. You have to struggle and fight to keep that dream of having love alive.
A way that I can apply the principles from this message to make my life better is to apply it to my future love life. A lyric from the song that I like is "If you know who you are, then why don't you make yourself seen." I feel as if you know what you want in your love life then why not go for it. According to both the quote and video love will complete your life and make it such a beautiful thing. Hopefully in the future I will remember this message in order to know that I need love in my life to make it whole and complete.

This quote is saying that if you never have love in your life that your a tree without blossoms or fruit then your pretty much a plain tree with nothing and to be just a plain tree is actually very sad and depressing and nobody wants to be around and a sad and depressed tree...at least i don't.But the video was just saying how the artist singing "LL Cool J" want to find somebody to love but he doesn't really thinks he deserves to love someone.
2.Based upon my opinion this quot means that if you choose not to find someone to love or someone chooses not to love you and you just let it happen you will end up sad and lonely with no one and that's why there saying a tree without blossoms or fruit.because tree without blossoms or fruit is just plane and that's what you'll be is plane.Nobody wants to be plane.But in my opinion this will happen if you choose not to find love.

I tend to be more passionate about doing things for others rather than myself. This is a mentality that is really hard for me to change. Instead of trying to have a new way of thinking, I will add onto it. When I want to give up on myself, I will remember that my actions will affect those I love. That idea will keep me strong and motivated.

2.The quote means for example, without fruits or blossoms the tree will not be able to be strong or even be a tree.And that's why love without love is like not having trust and not having respect to one another, or not being a relationship.It can just be a broken one.
3.The quote and the video are similar because it states that in a relationship you have to be honest and be respectful to each other. And the way that the Quote and video is different is because the video shows hoe two people who have a bad relationship.And how they need a strong relationship and that all they need is love, and to be true.

2.The quote is talking about how if life without love can be something like a tree with no leaves. a tree with no leave is lonely and looks sad. A life without love is a sad thing like if there's no happiness.
3. The quote and video are the same because they both have something to do with love. How they show if something without love is something depressing like the man without the woman he loves. Or like the tree with no leaves or fruit to be with. They both differ by showing different ways on the overall message they tell. They both have different ways to showing what love means to someone.
4. This matter's because a life without love is depressing. A world with nothing to love is a sad society. If love didn't existed what would be the purpose of life. Everyone has a purpose to wake up in the morning and do something they love. What would be the purpose if love wasn't around.
I can apply this to the principals from the message to make my life better in a few ways. Love is a feeling people have. A feeling that makes people happy when they give love and get love back. Also because not everyone finds love and this is important to make sure that some people don't go through life just playing around and not with any from of love. I personally can apply this to my life and improve it by (when i get older) not just looking for a meaning less relationship.

2. So what the quote is saying you gotta find that special girl. The one that's not like no other girl the you really like. Love her like no other person would.
3.They are different because the quote says one talks about life and what if you didn't have love. The video is saying that he didn't have love. Then there was a special girl that loved him. Her dad didn't like him and the they got together. They both loved each other.
4.This matters to me because if I didn't know what love was. How would I have a girlfriend. Like at a certain part of your life. You gotta find somebody that will love you. Then if you don't feel the same way that is not the special girl for you. If you find the special girl that will love you. The one that will always think about you and care for you. 4) This matters and I can apply it to my life to make it better in many ways. I personally want to be the happiest person alive when I marry my husband. From my mom and dads experience, i try not to get attached to early but sometimes that's okay. I get worried sometimes because I never know when someone actually likes me or loves me. I know I'm young but i know a lot of people that met when they were 14 and still are together until this day.

1. To summarize the quote by Khalil Gibran, I would say it was about how a life without love is different compared to a life with love. She compared a life without love to a tree without fruit or blossoms. To summarize the song, "I Need Love" by LL Cool J, I would say that it was about a man realizing for the first time in his life he sees that he needs love.
2. Based upon my understanding, the quote means that a life without love is plain and dull. Khalil Gibran compared love to the trees. She compared a life without love to a tree without any blossoms or fruit. However, if you did have love in your life, you will add color, fruits and beautiful flowers to your tree (life). It makes your "tree" full of life and complete.
3. The video "I Need Love" by LL Cool J and the quote by Khalil Gibran are similar in many different ways. One way in which they are they similar is that they both talk about love. They both state in direct and indirect ways that love completes their lives and bring the joy. However, the video and quote are also different in other ways. One example of them being different is that the video tells more of a story in how love impacted the writers life and the quote just makes a statement about love.
4. The message of both the video and quote matter in so many different ways. Everyone has a desire for love that is just floating around. The message show people the perks of having love. According to the songs lyrics, searching for love is just a bug in the world. Some people would search the whole world to that special person in their life. You have to struggle and fight to keep that dream of having love alive.
A way that I can apply the principles from this message to make my life better is to apply it to my future love life. A lyric from the song that I like is "If you know who you are, then why don't you make yourself seen." I feel as if you know what you want in your love life then why not go for it. According to both the quote and video love will complete your life and make it such a beautiful thing. Hopefully in the future I will remember this message in order to know that I need love in my life to make it whole and complete.

4. This message matters to me, because just like everybody else in the world, I want to find my true love in future. However, I first want to focus on my academic part of my life before I can focus on anything else. I want to have my career set first and then I will turn my attention to my other part of life. Furthermore, I do have fantasies in my mind, but they are things that do not really matter right now. My school work and career goals is the thing I really want to focus on. Furthermore, I just have to wait for the right time to come to start focusing on that part of my life.
A way I can apply these principles to my life to make it better is by taking the message into consideration. I need love like everybody else, but just not right now. I want someone to complete my life. Someone who will be there for me, someone I can talk to and trust with all my heart. I want someone who is loyal and faithful to me as well. 2. Based upon my understanding what the quote means is that people's lives are nothing without being loved by someone. People are not happy by being loved either, That is why love should be a part of your life.
3. The quote and the video are similar because they are both talking about how love is something that should be part of your life. They both talk about how love is something important for life. There is really no difference between the quote and the video they mostly talk about the same thing.
4. This matters because nobody should be left alone,because nobody deserves to be left alone and not be loved by someone else. This should also matter for the people that true love has not got up for them, they should know that-that person will be there for them,they should not be afraid of not being loved by someone.
