I hope this finds you all in good sprits and health. This week we are going to work on building "Our Perfect House." We will be working with Google Slides and realtor.com. ALL of the houses we will be using will come from realtor.com.
As we focus on the work, I want you to continue to think about the person you are evolving into, the life you want to create for yourself in the future, and the type of leader you are becoming. Continue to focus on creating a life you will be proud of now and in the future.
Please continue to make up missing assignments. We are getting close, but the game isn't over yet.

2. The quote and video are similar in many ways. The quote and video both are similar because of the way they talk about change and leadership. They both give you advice into staying strong. They differ because the video has more inspiration than the quote like the video has more affect into changing you. They also differ because the video talks about you being a warrior ans not giving up while the quote talks about leadership and working with others to succeed.
3. The video is talking about not giving up. Telling you that you are a warrior and you can't give up. You all have a warrior inside you to help you because you are bigger then whatever your trying to fight. To power through whatever you are trying to succeed. The quote is about leadership between each other. You would need help along the way. You have people to help you for any purpose you need them. Also, remember that you have the warrior inside you as well to help you power through.
4. If I were to chose over success achiever or failure avoider I would have to go more to me being the success achiever. I would say I'm stuck in the middle in between these two but go more off to the success side. Yes, I do try to avoid failing and even if I do I try my best to keep my grades up. I have more succeeded than I have failed. I would say I'm not a failure avoider because I have failed at things and I'm not ashamed to say that I did.

I feel like these words describe qualities that are necessarily like people's grades or a tough time people faced. Wiosw words like these can change someone's point of view on how they see things.

2. The video and quote are only similar in one way to me. I find them similar because of the key word leadership, learning, and change. In the video it's telling you to take a bigger step in your life to become better and that's exactly what a leader does. A leader changes for the good and learns more as they grow. They differ more to me because the video is talking more about fighting through a situation to make it through and to not give up and the quote isn't talking about that.
3. The video is about staying strong and not to give up. Eric is explaining and motivating you to not give up when things get hard. But to fight through it all so you can make it. The quote is about willing to change for the better and becoming a leader and learning everyday. It's an inspirational quote by John F. Kennedy on a few important things that can help you realize and grow.
4. I think of myself as a successful achiever because I've fought through the most difficult time in my life and am still here today. I also try my best to accomplish my goals and that to me is myself's success. But I'm not settling for that, I'm still aiming higher.
5. When I hear the word "leadership" or "leader", the first words that come to mind are bravery, courage, and kindhearted. I think the word "bravery" is absolutely necessary when it comes to leadership because you have to be strong and willing to try new things without hesitation. That's why I think kindness is a must quality of a leader. Without kindness the world would corrupt. So having kindness within a person is a leader.

2. The quote and video are similar by what they want to tell us. They want us to see that to stop dwelling on the past and think about the future because victory is just on the other side. Furthermore, it is just like forgetting about the past, living the present, and thinking about the future and the opportunities. The quote and video differ by the video explaining or telling us that we have to be warriors and fight for what we want. All in all, stop giving up and look at what awaits for you.
3. The quote is saying that if we keep thinking about the past and present, we are surely going to miss the future. As well, what comes with it too. Furthermore, the quote by John F. Kennedy is a motivational quote because he wants to push us forward towards our goals. He does not want people to give up and just live in the past, but to seek new opportunities everyday. Moreover the video by Eric Thomas is a motivational video too. He explains how we have to be warriors and fight for what we want, which in this case can be our goals. Furthermore, he motivates us to no give up, but fight through. All in all, both quote and video are telling us to not give up, but keep moving forward.
4. In my opinion, I consider myself as a success achiever because, I always want to complete/attain my goals I set for myself. Furthermore, I always try to be the best at what I can do and keep on going. If I see something that I do not like, then I try to find solutions to solve that problem. I always try to put a lot of effort in what I do as well. Overall, I do consider myself a success achiever.

I believe that both of these words are absolutely necessary for someone to be an effective leader. I believe this because I think that a leader has to have confidence in whatever they do. They have to reflect confidence toward everybody. That way people will follow them. Secondly, they have to be determined. Leaders do not give up in the things they do. Therefore, leaders strive for greatness and have confidence in themselves and the things they do and are determined to attain their goals.

2) The quote and video have several similarities and differences. One similarity they have it is that they both have something positive to others. To simplify, they both say that in order to be great you need to change or you need to fight back. One difference is that they talk about different subject. To elaborate, the video talks about fighting back and not giving up when it is difficult.
3) To summarize the video it says that you HAVE to fight back. ET says don't just give up when it is to hard for you. You need to activate that warrior inside of you. Everyone has it, it is just a matter if they use it. So don't give up and keep fighting. You won't be in pain forever. To summarize, the quote it says that in life you always change some how. You need to think about your future and see how you want it to turn out. You get to make the decision, not other people.
4) I consider myself a success achiever because I want what best for me. I want a future that I feel happy and proud that I am here. I need to fight in order to get what I want. I have fought over and over to get what I want. Sometimes I win and sometimes I lose. when I lose I usually get back up.
5) When I hear the word leader or leadership I think of the word skill. I think of the word skill because leadership is a skill that everyone has. One quality that a leader absolutely needs is to want to win, because if you don't what's the point in having a leader and a team. Another quality is that the leader needs to be put together. 6) In my opinion, a leader needs to listen to other teammates. I say this because everyone has an idea even if it is not good, it can improve some things. Another quality is that they need to nice. There'll always be someone better than you, but one day you will be able to get to where the person you look up to is, or perhaps even better. Although the pain might be too much, you must fight through it because on the other side of the wall, there is victory. Warriors do not wait for others to do the job for them. They fight because they believe in what their belief. The quote focuses on how people focus on the past and the present. The past ruins our present because we think of all the bad things that can happen to us again. It causes us to have doubt in the work we do. We never want to do it again because of how afraid we are of seeing failure.

That affects us in the present because of how focused we are on it. We are afraid to fail again. We never think about how it could affect our future. 2. Both the video "Fight Through It" and the quote by John F. Kennedy are similar in a lot different in ways. One way in which they are they similar is that they both talk about how focusing on the negative past or your difficult present then you won't be able to see the future ahead of you. We have to fight our way though it all because victory is on the other side of it. However, both the quote and the video have some differences as well. The quote focuses more on stating what is preventing you from see your great future but the video focuses more on the idea of how to fight it.
3. To summarize the quote by John F. Kennedy, I would say it was about missing out on opportunities. If you continuously think about what had happened in the past or what the bad things in your life are right now then you are going to miss out on a lot of your future that could be great. We have to fight our way through our troubled past and present because there is victory on the other side that we are missing out on. To summarize the video "Fight Through It", I would say it was about activating your inner warrior. In order to be a warrior you have to make a decision that you are going to give up on whatever is bothering you. Even if you are at a point in your life where you want to stop and give up, you don't. You have to fight back and beat it.
4. I personally think of myself as a success achiever. I always try my best to strive for something that is above average and unique because I like to achieve success in life. I don't personally think that I am a failure avoider because I don't try to avoid my problems as much as I confront them.

If you have a decision in your life and it is a do or die, you need to get your inner warrior out and show them what you can do.How they are different is the quote by John F. Kennedy says to always look for whats in store for your future and to never look in the past or in the present. And the video by E.T. says to fight your way through those tough choices.
3. In the quote, it states how you should realized that the changes that happen in your life is like the law in your life. You always need to be changing in order to become a better person than your were before. Also, you should always look into the future and not in the past because you will miss the future. What Kennedy also says is that leadership and learning are always the most important things for you when you are getting new information about something.
4. What I consider myself a success achiever, the reason why is because rather then play I rather want to get work down first and then hang out later. Work comes in first and fun comes in later, The work that I can finish first the more fun I would have outside. It would lead my life a lot easier then other because I wouldn't leave my work at the very last minute and get a bad grade in it.
5. Words that describe what being a leader really means is to be brave with anything that comes your way. And also other words that describe leadership is being dedicated to what you are trying to accomplish, and to always show the others what to do. Responsible,motivational and trust worthy makes someone to be an effective leader because that helps others in doing their job.
6. I think the most important quality is understanding. When you become a leader, you need to gain respect. You can only achieve that by also giving respect. Meaning you have to give your attention to them and understand the thoughts. When you achieve that, then you could be able to interact with them in a good manner.

2. The video and quote are similar because they both are giving a lesson . The video explains about not keep fighting for what you want and that you can break anything that is coming against you . For the quote it means that you need to not look back and look for your future . You need to keep going in order to achieve what you want . The quote and video are very similar but different in their own way .
3. To summarize the video and quote they are both very motivational . The video taught me to be a warrior and fight for what I want . Also , to pay close attention and you will beat it . For the quote it can be summarized by saying if you waste your time on the past you will never be present in the future . As you can see this quote and video are quite the same with their moral .
4. To be honest I consider myself a successful achiever because I put a lot of work for what I want . For example if I want to get A+ on a test , I will study my butt off and put 100 percent to get that A+. I say I am a achiever because I fight and not give up . One thing I will never forget like ET said if it were easy everyone would do it . That's how it easy I will sacrifice everyday until I achieve it .
5. When instantly hearing the word leader the words that came to mind were achiever , outgoing , successful and lastly inspirational . I believe a leader needs to do a lot to get to that spot . A leader is someone that has power and on top of everything . A leader leads everything step by step people do the same .

The quote only tells you that to not just to think about your past or present but also to focus on your future, the video however explains that to fight for what you want to do and to never quit.
3.) Don't give up, keep fighting for what you want to do, never quit and keep doing what you're doing without saying to yourself " I give up" or "I'm done with this". Don't look back at your past or think about the present, what you should think or worry about is your future, think about what you want to do without any distractions.
4.) I feel like both of them. Why you may ask is because I am an achiever at some classes and a failure at other classes. Yeah you might say that you have to be an achiever but a failure isn't that bad, why well because being an achiever you get everything right but a failure fails but learns from the fails it takes to be an achiever.
5.) When I hear the word leader or leadership, I think of a wise person male or female, that can be able to lead a place but without any mistakes unless they're acceptable. Leader also means to me that you can control almost anything but you can't control a person, only they have the power to control themselves. Leadership means to me that working together that kind of stuff that makes people feel positive and glad inside.
6.) To me, I feel like the most important quality of being a leader is to have great taste in people. Why you may ask well one good taste in people don't take it seriously cause it's a figure of speech and also cause if the leader wants to get people's attention then he or she has to have great taste in people which means can have a good conversation and make the person feel like the leader can be trusted with their life. Also to earn trust with the good taste with people, if they want trust then they gotta earn how you may ask, well make a speech or a type of community that can make people feel trust, with the trust they have then they can trust the leader cause they were the ones who wanted to give the leader trust, this might sound weird but this is the best of how I can explain it.

2) The quote and the video are the same because they are saying don't give up. or that you can do whatever you want but you just have to make that dream come true.and there both not the same because the video tells you what you can do more than the quote.
3) The summary about the quote and the video is that they don't want you to give up in life that easy. and most people wants you to success in life and its better when you start doing better in school because you got time to do those things. and its important for people to success because life is important.
4) am like both because i do like both things like i make my goal come true and sometimes i don't. i don't do the things because i don't feel like it or i'm busy so i can't do those things. and if i do achieve then i do things and its easy for me to do that in life.
5) when i first hear the word leader or leadership i think of someone leading you in a good path or a bad path for leadership.and for leader i think of that like the president hes the leader of everyone in the country.
6) we all need a good or a great leader because its important for us to be safe. and for they won't make a bad choice like give us a little bit of school time or even more . we want a great leader not a bad one if we had a bad one then everything would go wrong with the country. so that's why everyone votes in the united states of america for we can make the right choice. we need a good leader for our future children its there future next.
